- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

GLOSS is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
5. Mobile Services
For mobile appointments, customers must provide a safe and accessible working area.
If access, weather, lighting, or environmental conditions prevent us from safely performing the service, the appointment may be rescheduled.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
Failure to complete payment may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before scheduling future services.
Deposits, when applicable, may be non-refundable.

Our services are designed to improve and protect your vehicle’s appearance and surfaces.
However, no service can permanently prevent future wear, scratches, rock chips, accidents, environmental damage, or improper maintenance.
Protection products require proper care and maintenance to perform as intended.
9. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product installed.
Improper maintenance, accidents, misuse, neglect, chemical exposure, or unauthorized modifications may void applicable warranties.
Customers are responsible for following all recommended maintenance instructions.
